2.push-ups

3.runing

Warmup (brisk walk or jog) – 5 minutes.

10 sets of each exercise – 25-30 minutes. 5 push-ups. 10 sit-ups. 15 air squats. 20 second glute bridges. 30-second rest.

I was born in 2006. Kids today are all about themselves. It's me, me, me. We already make messed up decisions. So underaged drinking isn't that good of an idea for us.

It would be Alcohol, any drug use,eating unhealthy, smoking,lack of working out,  lol basically having intercourse at a young age  without any protection, also unintentional injuries or violence.
 P.s to prevent most of these all you need to know is right and wrong and if you know these thing can have consequences  then don't do them also keep your legs closed , for one of them its important to work out every now and then
