Explanation:

1)

Valency of an element is a measure of its combining power with other atoms when it forms chemical compounds or molecules. The electrons present in the outermost shell are called valence electrons. Carbon has four valence electrons and here a valence of carbon is four.

2)The brain uses glucose and ketone bodies for energy. Adipose tissue uses fatty acids and glucose for energy. The liver primarily uses fatty acid oxidation for energy. Muscle cells use fatty acids, glucose, and amino acids as energy sources.

3)Amino acids are chemical compounds consisting of a carbon atom bonded to an amine group, a hydrogen atom, a carboxylic group, and a varying side-chain (R group); it is this side chain that distinguishes each amino acid from another.
