The biggest angle is 105°, the smallest angle is  35° and the second angle is 40°

A triangle is a polygon that has three sides and three angles. The sum of angles is a triangle is 180 degrees.

<em><u>Types of triangles </u></em>

  • Right angled triangle
  • Isosceles triangle
  • Equilateral triangle
  • Scalene triangle

From the question, the following information was derived:

  • smallest angle = \frac{1}{3}x
  • second angle = x - 65
  • largest angle is represented with x

\frac{1}{3}x + (x - 65 ) + x = 180

Combine similar terms

\frac{1}{3}x + x + x = 180 + 65

Add similar terms together

\frac{7}{3}x = 245

Divide both sides of the equation by 3/7

x = 105

The biggest angle  is 105°

smallest angle =  \frac{1}{3} x 105 = 35°

Second angle = 105 - 65 = 40°

In order to determine the value of each angle, determine the value of the largest angle first and then use the the value to determine the value of the other angles

aleksklad [387]

Answer:

x=2

Step-by-step explanation:

-2x+4=6x-12  Add 2x to both sides.

<u>+2x    +2x</u>

4=8x-12         Add 12 to both sides.

<u>+12  +12</u>

16=8x            Divide by 8 on both sides.

<u>/8 /8</u>

2=x

Hope this helps you out and have a great day (~^▽^)~

Secant jkl and jmn are drawn to circle o from an external point ,j. if jk=8,lk=4 and jm=6 what is the length of jn answer
Archy [21]
See the picture attached to better understand the problem

we know that
If two secant segments are drawn to a <span>circle </span><span>from an exterior point, then the product of the measures of one secant segment and its external secant segment is equal to the product of the measures of the other secant segment and its external secant segment.
</span>so
jl*jk=jn*jm------> jn=jl*jk/jm

we have
<span>jk=8,lk=4 and jm=6
</span>jl=8+4----> 12

jn=jl*jk/jm-----> jn=12*8/6----> jn=16

the answer is
jn=16

Can someone please help convert these so they have the same denominator??
ratelena [41]

The LCM of the denominators is 120. In other words, the denominators can multiply to 120.

3 * 40 = 120

40 * 2 = 80

Tigers: P = 80/120

24 * 5 = 120

24 * 4 = 96

Redbirds: P = 96/120

8 * 15 = 120

3 * 15 = 45

Bulldogs P = 45/120

60 * 2 = 120

60 * 1 = 60

Titans P = 60/120

Answer

Tigers: P = 80/120

Redbirds: P = 96/120

Bulldogs: P = 45/120

Titans: P = 60/120
