If we're experiencing physical problems such as obesity, it could lead to many psychological condition such as laziness, low self-esteem, self-destructive eating disorder,  higher temperament, etc that could affect other dimensions of health.</span>

When we sit upright in the driver's seat, our ability to see the driving environment is maximised.

It helps us to direct our attention 20-30 seconds ahead of our vehicle as well to the both sides of the vehicle, we are able to identify the objects and conditions that could increase the level of risk.

When driving, we control the vehicle through brakes, steering wheel and accelerator. The vehicle's operating space is in front, the space behind or the space to the sides.

The vehicular acceleration produces a weight shift from front to rear. When the vehicle is stopped or travels at a constant speed the suspension load is stable.
