The Japanese only have 0.8% of their population made up of Christians. But, while more than 99% of Japanese people are not Christians, this doesn't mean they hate the religion or have a negative image of it. They would rather stick to their own religions and cultures. They pretty much ignored it.

They made arrangements such that they can drain the water for irrigation from the water sources which were readily available. These rivers form many tributaries and they irrigate the fertile plains and provide water for agricultural purpose.

As part of Andrew Jackson's Indian removal policy, in 1838 through 1839, the Cherokee were forced to gave up their lands and to migrate to another area, which is located in the modern day Oklahoma. The migration had devastating effects on the people and more than 4000 of them died.
