Hibernation- a period of time where animals sleep after storing up food.
hormone- a substance secreted from the brain that controls many things in the body including emotion, physical health, and adrenaline.

As the leader of the meeting, you set the agenda & tone of the meeting. It is the leaders job to provide structure to the meeting, guidance from what upper management expects of the group.
Listen to the group members, maintain order and timely meeting times. It takes practice to learn these behaviors but it can be learned.

1) Is the first meeting to set guidelines, goals, future meeting times? Then this is the focus of that first meeting. No more.
2) as leader you will have had time to gather information on which areas need focus on patient satisfaction.
