Step-by-step explanation:

"bisecting" means cutting in half.

and what have the 2 halves of a whole in common ?

they are equally big.

so,

8x + 35 = 11x +23

12 = 3x

x = 4

11x + 23 = 11×4 + 23 = 44 + 23 = 67 degrees.

and that is half of the total angle.

so,

ABC = 67×2 = 134 degrees.
