Answer:

It is never good to live in horrible conditions because it brings diseases, starvation, and hunger with no food or water. Also, it is not about being good at adapting.  In Haiti, people live every day with unimaginable poverty and shameful living conditions. Therefore, it is never favorable to live in garbage filled horrendous places. However, it is good for peole living in such places to be resilient.

Hey there,
In my perspective,
"I'm really very happy to see you dress like that. At last you are going to graduate soon. Congratulations in advance my very dear sister. I am very happy and also at the same time extremely proud of you."

I tried to keep it in your style..
Hope this helps :))

In mending wall Who questions the necessity of the fence?
matrenka [14]

In "Mending Wall", by Robert Frost, the person who questions the necessity of the fence is the narrator. The narrator is not sure whether to mend the fence or not, but his neighbor repeats his father's words and traditions 'Good fences make good neighbors'. He thinks that mending the wall is being practical and doesn't want to hear the narrator's opinion against its utility.
