Drugs are mostly prevalent in low income neighborhoods and the war on drugs happened right after segregation ended so naturally african american people would end up in poorer neighborhoods due to lack of education and lack of job opportunities and will all said black people where far more likely to be Racially profiled and Prosecuted for being in low income neighborhoods due to the over Policing
