Being properly hydrated can help reduce the risk of injury.
a. True
b. False
Bingel [31]
Based on my background knowledge I think it's false because of the fact that being hydrated reduces heat exhaustion, thirst and more! I don't think that it reduces the risk of injury though. Instead, you can reduce the risk of injury by doing simple things like drinking milk so you have strength and when you do get injured, your body will heal faster because milk makes your bones strong! And you can do things like wearing a helmet!

I hope this helps:)

Physiological principle is a term that stands for physiological fitness as well. There’s also a term, emotional fitness, which is also important. This term is tightly connected to exploring one’s cardiovascular shape, muscular strength and flexibility. When it comes to kayaking and physiological principles, both kayaking and rowing are not complex activities, but an individual gets a lot of health benefits by practicing them. They improve flexibility, strength and anaerobic fitness.
