okay I think I covered the basics about my mental health and social health and the steps I follow.  I have a board on my wall in my bed room I keep theses steps on, When I look at the board it's easy to remember the steps I need to take to be a better person. A while back I got really depressed to the point I had to see a doctor about it or shrink if you wanna call it that, but he introduced me to these steps, and I thank him every time I see him.
