The best way to memorize something is to read a part of it over and over out loud at least 3 times, then do it 5 minutes later until you memorize it, then move on to the next part and repeat.
Bonjour,

Je m'appelle Vincent. Mes amis Karim, François et moi, nous "aimons" les BD et les magzines.
Karim aime "lire" le journal.
François et moi, nous "n'aimons" pas lire le journal.
Moi, j'adore "dessiner".
Je "dessine" bien.
Karim et François "n'aiment" pas dessiner.
Ils "dessinent" mal.
Ils préfèrent "écouter" de la musique.
Et ils "adorent" chanter !

Answer:
J'ai étudié.
------------------------
Why?
Well, because the other options aren't grammatically correct, and the fact that they are present tense.
Je ne fais pas rien (I'm not doing anything.) - Present Tense
Je vais à l'école (I go to school.) - Past Participle (But If you read the sentence is doesn't really make sense.)
Je vais jouer au foot (I'm going to play football.) - Present Tense
------------------------
Hope This Helped, Good Luck!
