From the reputation in the excerpt we can choose a great deal of adjectives fitting her character; a hero, a feminist, a worthy person, we can highlight her persistence, her determination or perseverance, but there's one idea that helps us better understand her personality and the motivation for her actions, and that idea is: <em>"Altruism"</em>; we can define Dolores Huerta from this excerpt as the exemplar of an <em>"Altruist"</em>; somebody who disinterested and generously believes and is genuinely concerned about the welfare of others.

In the Novel "Brave New Worl" what are the character analysis of each of these characters(use evidence);
DanielleElmas [232]

Answer:

<em>Brave New World</em> is a dystopian novel from 1931. The author of the novel is Aldous Huxley, while the main idea explored is the government's strict (and often unnecessary) control of the people's lives.

Bernard Marx is an Alpha male, but he does not meet the criteria due to his physical stature. He lacks self-esteem and has untypical opinions on common topics. He shares his surname with Karl Marx, a German writer and the author of<em> Capital</em>, where he criticizes the capitalist society. Bernard would desperately like to be accepted by others, which is the very reason why he does not fit in his society.

Lenina Crowne is a woman that Marx likes. She works as a vaccination worker. Lenina also deviates from certain cultural norms, such as a common belief that you should date one man for several months. Her opinions completely oppose orthodox conventions, which is why the readers often sympathize with her.

Helmholtz Watson, a lecturer at the College of Emotional Engineering, is a man completely unmotivated to do his job. He is a good writer, but he believes that he does not use his talent for the right purposes. He is a friend of Bernard's, and they both seem to be the outsiders of the World State. They, however, criticize the World State in completely different ways - Helmholtz is more philosophical in his complaints, while Bernard's complaints are trivial.

HELP PLEASE
kotykmax [81]

Answer:

D.H.C's position is ironic because he describes his actions as "indecorous", meaning not improper, yet he describes his intimate relationship with a woman from the reservation as unemotionally connected and short lived which is the opposite of healthy and normal.

Write two to three sentences explaining one way that Ovid creates suspense in "Pyramus and Thisbe.” Support your response with d
otez555 [7]

Ovid created suspense in "Pyramus and Thisbe" by dragging on Pyramus discovering the fate of his love which was all untrue. He did this by using many sentences that eluded to this discovery, causing Pyramus' death. Suspense is further carried on by Thisbe now having to discover her lover close to death, promising her own downfall in the name of love.
