Man, there's just not enough drivers meaning there's been noticeably long waits and higher prices. The reason they don't have many drivers is because they pay their drivers horribly and the drivers are put through things they aren't supposed to be put through. (Mainly disrespectful customers.)

Defendant Mcpherson owned property adjacent to the first presbyterian church and wanted to build a gas station on the property.
SCORPION-xisa [38]

The court did not uphold the injunction because the property on which Mcpherson wants to build the Gas station that belongs to Mcpherson has the right to build a gas station on that so Mcpherson challenged this decision any upper court.

<h3>What is an Injunction?</h3>

An injunction is a legal order requiring a person or entity to either cease doing or else start doing some specific action or task.

Thus, in this case, Mcpherson can challenge the lower court's decision in the upper court that prevents him from making a gas station on land that belongs to him.

The Silver Center (TSC) produces cups and platters. TSC purchases silver and other metals that are processed into silver alloy t
MatroZZZ [7]

Answer: Income earned for cups = $1,000

Explanation:

Given:

Materials cost = $40,000

Labor cost = $44,000

Remixing cost amount to $2,000

TSC sold the platters for $100,000 and the cups for $12,000

There will be a decrease in net income due to non-selling of cups

= $12,000 - $2,000

= $10,000.

Thus, the Company's total income will decrease by $10,000 if it stops making and selling cups.

Joint cost allocated to cups

= (40,000 + 44,000)×12,000 ÷ (100,000 + 12,000)

= $9,000

∴

Income earned for cups

= $12,000 - $2,000 - $9,000

= $1,000

Columbia Products produced and sold 1,400 units of the company’s only product in March. You have collected the following infor
s344n2d4d5 [400]

The computation of the following costs by Columbia Products is as follows:

a. Variable manufacturing cost per unit is $64.

b. Full cost per unit is $96, including manufacturing and marketing and administrative costs.

c. The variable cost per unit is $68.

<h3>Data and Calculations:</h3>

Production and sales units in March = 1,400 units

Sales price (per unit) = $129

<h3>Manufacturing costs: </h3>

Fixed overhead (for the month) = $16,800

Direct labor (per unit) =              $7

Direct materials (per unit)          31

Variable overhead (per unit)    26

Variable manufacturing cost $64

The Fixed cost per unit = $12 ($16,800/1,400)

The total manufacturing cost per unit = $76 ($64 + $12)

<h3>Marketing and administrative costs: </h3>

Fixed costs (for the month) = $22,400

Variable costs (per unit)  = $4

Fixed costs per unit =        $16 ($22,400/1,400)

The total marketing and administrative costs per unit = $20 ($4 + $16)

Full cost per unit = $96 ($76 + $20)

Variable cost per unit = $68 ($64 + $4)

murzikaleks [220]

Answer:

$147,500

Explanation:

Computation of Napa's dividends-received deduction

Napa is said to holds less than 20% stock interest in KLP Inc which means that the dividends received deduction in the case of dividends received from KLP would be 50%.

And in case of dividends received from Gamma, the dividends received deduction would be 100% reason been that KLP holds more than 80% of the stock interest in Gamma.

Hence:

Napa’s dividends-received deduction will be:

= ($55,000 x 50%) + $120,000

=$27,500 +$120,000

= $147,500

Therefore Napa's dividends-received deduction will be $147,500
