One should strive for oil that is unsaturated because the type of oil chosen and the amount consumed is important.

What are oils?

Saturated fats or oils are from either animal or vegetable sources and they contain a high proportion of saturated fatty acids. Saturated oils contain a diet high in saturated rather than unsaturated fats and is thought to contribute to higher levels of cholesterol in the blood.

BlackZzzverrR [31]
I once helped a conflict wherein a friend of mine were being backbite by her other friends. This was during my college days. It hurt her to find out that even though they spent almost three years together, they had the nerve to pull her down. So what I did was that I told her to just ignore them and let them be. Because the more she entertain the words, the more that it would hurt her. It kinda helped considering that she spent her remaining college days with me without any worry.

How is genetics related to holistic health care/8345532/1b30e869?utm_source=registration
madreJ [45]
Although there are many possible causes of human disease, family history is often one of the strongest risk factors for common disease complexes such as cancer, cardiovascular disease (CVD), diabetes, autoimmune disorders, and psychiatric illnesses. A person inherits a complete set of genes from each parent, as well as a vast array of cultural and socioeconomic experiences from his/her family. Family history is thought to be a good predictor of an individual’s disease risk because family members most closely represent the unique genomic and environmental interactions that an individual experiences (Kardia et al., 2003). Inherited genetic variation within families clearly contributes both directly and indirectly to the pathogenesis of disease.
