Answer:

y = -8

Step-by-step explanation:

When y = -2/5, the slope is 0.

Seeing this, we can make the equation the same as the y-value of the point given.

Hence,

y = -8

Once again super confused
Katena32 [7]
Well, you see the yellow colored "face" Think of it as area. So we got a smaller square next to it right...just ignore it and look at the yellow square. So, how do you find the area? Length times width right? So, since this cube has 4 inches all over it, what do you think you have to do if a square has equal sides/measurements. You multiply 4*4, which is 16! NOTE: It is NOT asking for volume! Hope this helps!

Write your answer in simplest radical form
Licemer1 [7]

Answer:

a = 4\sqrt{3}

Step-by-step explanation:

Using the cosine ratio in the right triangle and the exact value

cos60° = \frac{1}{2} , then

cos60° = \frac{adjacent}{hypotenuse} = \frac{2\sqrt{3} }{a} = \frac{1}{2} ( cross- multiply )

a = 4\sqrt{3}
