Answer:

Hellen Keller's memoir is an autobiography that she wrote so the world can see the world through her perspective.   The reader gains empathy for people that are blind or deaf and they experience the world differently from those who can see and hear.  Since she wrote this from her experiences, the reader gets insights to what her feelings are.

She gives the reader the possibility to see the world through her perspective. When you read this text written from her point of view, you automatically develop a sense of empathy for the people that are blind or deaf.

Select the active voice verb below. (Karen Filippeli will complete in the chess tournament next week.)
ValentinkaMS [17]

Answer:

Compete

Explanation:

I am assuming "complete" was a typo and that the word "compete" is what you meant. In this case, compete is an active voice vers, because it is a verb that a subject is performing.

Active voice verbs are the opposite of passive voice verbs. Passive voice verbs are verbs that are done to the subject, as opposed to the subject doing them.
