Since we know the slope, we can plug that into the equation and then choose a data point to calculate your intercept (I will use (10,28)).

so you will have y=2x+b, when you plug int (10,28) you will get 28=2(10)+b

when you solve you will find that b=8.

Now you have your slope and your intercept so your equation will be y=2x+8
