Answer:

2. Mountain Ranged

Explanation:

Orogeny is the primary mechanism by which mountains are formed on continents. An orogeny is an event that takes place at a convergent plate margin when plate motion compresses the margin. This leads to both structural deformation and compositional differentiation of the Earth's lithosphere.

Which idea supports the studies of magnetic reversals in rocks under the sea?
olga55 [171]
I would say the topic of such a study would be paleomagnetism and perhaps its effect on plate tectonics because when the seafloor spreads at the mid-ocean ridges, magnetized stripes of rock, symmetrical on either side of the trench form and they record changes in the earth's magnetic poles at certain times so can be dated to help show the rate of spreading of the seafloor at these locations.

use the formula of inflation to find the prime of a movie ticket in 2005 if the inflation rate from 2000 to 2005 was 3.53%
Vlada [557]

Answer:

C = \$\,5.18

Explanation:

Let assume that the movie ticket costed $ 5 in 2000. The formula of inflation rate is:

\frac{C-\$\,5}{\$\,5} \times 100\,\% = 3.53\,\%

The cost in 2005 is:

C = \$\,5.18
