For success in the afterlife the pyramid ensured that the King can have all his belongings that he would need in his afterlife.

The Egyptians believed that they was an afterlife. According to them, those who were able to move to the afterlife deserved to be comfortable like they were on earth.

When they died, their most priced possessions were also sent along with them. These includes gold, silver and bronze items.

Also the servants and the animals of the dead were also interned in the pyramids. They were to serve the dead in the afterlife.

Why did Fascism appeal to many people after WWI?
Anni [7]

Answer:

In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, a rush of globalization destroyed communities, professions, and cultural norms while generating a wave of immigration. Right-wing nationalist movements promising to protect people from the pernicious influence of foreigners and markets arose, and frightened, disoriented, and displaced people responded.

Explanation:

After coming to power, the Italian fascists created recreational circles, student and youth groups, and sports and excursion activities. These organizations all furthered the fascists’ goals of fostering a truly national community. The desire to strengthen (a fascist) national identity also compelled the regime to extraordinary cultural measures. They promoted striking public architecture, art exhibitions, and film and radio productions. The regime intervened extensively in the economy.

in your own words, explain how the social structure of society shifted during the Renaissance period.
Nana76 [90]

Answer: During the Renaissance, the social structure had been reshaped with the abandonment of the feudal system. The feudal system was the combination of the legal, economic, military, and cultural customs that flourished in Medieval Europe between the 9th and 15th centuries. Broadly defined, it was a way of structuring society around relationships that were derived from the holding of land in exchange for service or labor. So in getting rid of the feudal system it paved a new way for peasants and slaves.
