I believe that they should have been suspended for their inappropriate behavior. They knew it made me uncomfortable but still decided to do it anyway. It is my belief that sexual harassment is a crime, because nobody should feel uncomfortable or unsafe. My advice to you is, stay strong, we will get through this together.✊
