how do I support my friend that has an anxiety problem with me he's super nervous and anxious we both are males and he is 16 yea

rs old and I am 17 years old. he has a problem of being social how do I support him more so he can love me back more his anxiety level with me gets worst every time he's anxious over me.​

Well I have also been in that kind of situation and I would definitely comfort him and kinda try to share things about yourself and try to get him to share but whenever he seems to be uncomfortable or overwhelmed go back on and talk about yourself maybe even a little bit of past struggles so he knows that it is perfectly ok to feel the way he feels
