Answer:

The main difference between cryptogams and phanerogams is that Cryptogams consist of seedless plants whereas phanerogams consist of seed-bearing plants. Cryptogams comprise plants like algae, mosses, and ferns. Cryptogams are non-flowering plants, which mainly reproduce by the production of spores. They do not produce fruits. Phanerogams comprise gymnosperms and angiosperms. Gymnosperms are non-flowering plants with naked-seeds (seeds are not covered by a fruit). Angiosperms are flowering plants that produce seeds covered by a fruit. Angiosperms are the most prominent vegetation on earth.

Hsu was indicted for violating the Economic Espio- nage Act by conspiring to steal corporate trade secrets for an anti-cancer dr
loris [4]

Answer:

Hsu was indicted for violating the Economic Espio- nage Act by conspiring to steal corporate trade secrets for an anti-cancer drug. The defense requested a copy of the trade secret documents. The government contended that the defense did not need access to the documents except under supervision of the judge. The defense maintained a right of full access to the documents so the defense of impossibil- ity could be established, meaning Hsu could not steal trade secrets that did not exist. District court agreed with the defense; government appealed. Must the defendant be allowed full access to trade secrets that are a key part of a case? [U.S. v. Hsu, 155 F. 3d 189, 3rd Cir. (1998)]

Are there any lobbying techniques that should be off limits in a democracy ?
solniwko [45]

Answer:

There is nothing inherently wrong with lobbying. Lobbying encourages people to play an active role in their government — it’s protected by the First Amendment as our right “to petition the government.”

Harris County opened its Forensic Anthropology Unit which help lead to identification of Harvey and others in:

September 2006

Explanation:

It was September 2006 when Harris County opened its Forensic anthropology unit due to the very strong need for the use of a forensic anthropologic department to solve a case. This local department allowed Harris county to identify Harvey's body and many other young boys who were victims of a sexual assaulter that killed them. It was a good victory but it took them 7 years after the first case appeared.
