A health food store sells lemon juice blends in bulk. One blend contains 20% lemon juice. Olivia wants to add pure lemon juice (100%) to some 20% blend to make 16 ounces (not more than 16 ounces) of her own 30% blend. L b represent the amount of lemon juice Olivia should mix to the 20% blend.

0.20(16-b) + 1.00b = 0.30*16
----
Multiply through by 100 to get:

20*16 - 20b + 100b = 30*16
----

B=2 ounces
