List the order the steps of the path of blood through the kidneys.
Alexxandr [17]

Blood flows to the kidneys through the right and left renal arteries. Inside each kidney these branch into smaller arterioles.

The blood is at very high pressure and flows through the arterioles into tiny knot of vessels called the Glomerulus. These are located in the nephrons.

From the glomerulus the blood pressure drops and the blood flows into arterioles which coil around the nephrons. These in turn connect to a series of small veins. These vessels reunite and ultimately form the renal vein.

About one quarter of the total cardiac output (or total blood flow) circulates through the kidneys. This equates to just over 1 litre of blood every minute.

Hope this helps (:

Which of the following best defines PRODUCERS?*
SpyIntel [72]

Answer:

Photosynthesis

Photosynthesis. Plants are autotrophs, which means they produce their own food. They use the process of photosynthesis to transform water, sunlight, and carbon dioxide into oxygen, and simple sugars that the plant uses as fuel. These primary producers form the base of an ecosystem and fuel the next trophic levels.

Answer: Cognitive dissonance

Explanation: Cognitive dissonance transpires when an individual carries two or more mutually opposed notions, impressions or standards of behavior or partakes in an activity that goes contrary to any of the aforementioned and in that case undergoes a feeling of strain and tension for that reason. However, when both activity or notions are not done in the same way to be accurate, the individuals involved tend to do everything within their reach to amend them until they match uniformly which we can see in this case.
