Answer:

The unit rate is $2 per pound of apples

Step-by-step explanation:

The problem is asking how much 1 pound of apples is. We can find this by dividing 6 (the total cost) by 3 (# of pounds of apples).

<1 and <2 are supplementary angles. The measure of <1 is 87º. The measure of <2 is 15x + 18º.
Kay [80]

Answer: x= 5

Step-by-step explanation: If angles 1 and 2 are supplementary, that means they add up to 180. So if angle 1 is 87, angle 2 has to be 180-87=93. Then the equation would be 15x+18=93. Subtract 18 on both sides. 15x=75. Divide by 15 and your answer is 5.

Can someone please help me with this question? I don't know how? What is the volume of a rectangular prism with a length of 2x –
lesantik [10]
Volume is legnth times widht times height
lenght=2x-1
width=x-2
height=x+1
multiply all together
use mass distributive property
distributive=a(b+c)=ab+ac so extending that
(a+c)(c+c)=(a+b)(c)+(a+b)(d) then keep distributing so
(2x-1)(x-2)(x+1)
do each one seperately
do the first two first and put the other one (x+1) to the side for later
(2x-1)(x-2)=(2x-1)(x)+(2x-1)(-2)=(2x^2-x)+(-4x+2)=2x^2-5x+2
then do the other one
(x+1)(2x^2-5x+2)=(x)(2x^2-5x+2)+(1)(2x^2-5x+2)=(2x^3-5x^2+2x)+(2x^2-5x+2)=2x^3-3x^2-3x+2

the lasst form is 2x^3-3x^2-3x+2

If radius of circle is 7cm. find its diameter with formula.<br>
Margarita [4]
The answer would be 14 cm.

The formula to find diameter is d=2r
D= diameter
R= radius
The 2 is there because you have half of the diameter so just times by 2 to get the diameter.
