Use ratios to solve this!
5:6 or 5/6 is the ration for Alex.
<span>Cross multiplication is used to solve this, so:
6x = 5(50) </span>
<span>6x = 250 </span>
<span>x = 250/6 </span>
<span>x = 41.67 which then rounds to 42 feet.
