How did Lili’uokalani demonstrate her strength as a leader?
torisob [31]

Answer:

Lili’u proved her leadership when she gave up her all chances of ever regaining her throne to save 6 people from death. A true leader would be loving and care for their followers. If Lili’u did not care, she would have let them die. A true leader would do the right thing for her people. She did the right thing in that situation by giving up her throne. This was the right thing because if she didn’t, more blood would have been shed and some of the people killed could be our ancestors, meaning we wouldn’t exist. Lili’u earns my respect for this. She thought about others before herself.
