The teen should go to or call someone that they trust. A teacher, friend, or even a family member. They might even be able to get a therapists. The teen would be best off talking to someone, because it's not healthy to keep things like that inside. Because they are not living in an environment where they feel safe, it will at some point affect their mental and physical health. The teen should get help.
