<u><em>25 3/4 hours total</em></u>

First add the hours together.

12 + 13 = 25

Then add the minutes together.

4 + 41 = 45

So 25 hours and 45 minutes

or

25 3/4 hours

45 minutes is also 3/4 of an hour

A cone with a radius 2 units is shown below. Its volume is 29 cubic units. Find the height of the cone
rusak2 [61]

Answer:

The height of the cone is 6.9\ units

Step-by-step explanation:

we know that

The volume of the cone is equal to

V=\frac{1}{3}Bh

where

B is the area of the circular base of the cone

h is the height of the cone

In this problem we have

V=29\ units^{3}

r=2\ units

<em>Find the area of the base B</em>

B=\pi r^{2}

substitute the value of r

B=\pi (2)^{2}=4 \pi\ units^{2}

<em>Find the height of the cone</em>

29=\frac{1}{3}(4 \pi)h

h=29*3/(4 \pi)

assume \pi=3.14

h=29*3/(4*3.14)=6.9\ units

Round to the nearest hundredth 5.193
ValentinkaMS [17]
Answer:
5.19

Explanation:

The first place value after the decimal point is called the tenths place. The second place value after the decimal point is called the hundredths place.
To round, remember that you take the place value after the one that it is asking for and numbers 5 and up round up, numbers 4 and below round down.
Hope this helps :)

= {6,4,3}

7.

( Y ∪ Z ) ∩ X

= ( {6,4,7,2,8,3} ∪ {2,7,8,9,10} ) ∩ {1, 2,3,5,8}

= { 2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10} ∩ {1, 2,3,5,8}

= {2,3,5,8}

8.

( X ∪ Y ) ∩  ( Y ∪ Z )

= ( {1, 2,3,5,8} ∪ {6,4,7,2,8,3} ) ∩ ( {6,4,7,2,8,3} ∪ {2,7,8,9,10} )

= {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8} ∩ {2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10}

= {2,3,4,6,7,8}

9.

( X ∩ Z ) ∪ ( X ∩ Y )

= ( {1,2,3,5,8} ∩ {2,7,8,9,10} ) ∪ ( {1,2,3,5,8} ∩ {6,4,7,2,8,3} )

= {2,8} ∪ {3,8}

= {2,3,8}
