Answer:

4x = 20: you have to use the division property of equality divide 20 by 4

x - 11 = 9: you have to use the addition property of equality add 9 to 11

5x + 6x = 22: you have to combine like terms add 5x and 6x to make 11x

5(x – 2) = 30: you have to use the distributive property multiply 5 and x; 5 and -2

4x = 20; x = 5

x - 11 = 9; x = 20

5x + 6x = 22; 11x = 22; x = 2

5(x – 2) = 30; 5x - 10 = 30; x = 8

Can someone please help me?
Ede4ka [16]

Ok so their are 36 people that didn't need gel for there hair. so when you multiply 36 x 5 (because each cut costs 5 bucks) you get an answer of 180. so hold on to that and since their are 16 people that asked for gel you would need to first multiply 5 and 10% which gives you 0.5 so when you multiply 5.5 (because when you multiplied the 10% with the 5 you should get .5) times 16 you should get an answer of 88. when you add 180 with 88 you get an answer of 268. Ur welcome couuld u mark this brainlist plzzzzz

Al, Pablo, and Marsha shared the driving on a 1,500-mile trip. Which of the three drove the greatest distance on the trip?(1) Al
Svetach [21]

Answer:

Pablo drove the greatest distance of 527 miles.

Missing Content:

Since information on Pablo is not given, it is impossible to solve this problem. Let us assume some scenario for Pablo. Say:

(3)Pablo averaged 52.7 miles per hour and drove for 10 hours.

Step-by-step explanation:

Using this information, we can find out the data on Al,

Al drove 1 hour longer than Pablo so,

Time Al drove= 10+1 =11 hours

Average rate of Al=Pablo's average rate-5= 52.7-5 = 47.7 miles per hour.

We know that,

Average Speed = \frac{Distance}{Time}

Distance =Average Speed x Time

Distance travelled by Al = 47.7 x 11 =524.7 miles

Distance Travelled by Marsha = 50 x 9=450 miles

Distance Travelled by Pablo= 52.7 x 10= 527 miles

As we can see that Pablo drove the greatest distance which is 527 miles.

Find the value of unknown angles.
Х
50
Gennadij [26K]

Answer:

x = 70^o

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

See attachment for triangle

Required

Find x

To solve for x, we make use of:

x + 50^o + 60^o = 180^o --- angles in a triangle

x + 110^o = 180^o

Collect like terms

x = 180^o-110^o

x = 70^o
