Some people get sleep paralysis while others don’t, why is it that sleep paralysis even exists? Do people with truama only get s

leep paralysis or could it happen to anyone?

Answer: sleep paralysis can happen to anyone at any time for no apparent reason even if u have trauma I hope this helps :)
