Mental health is the combination of three interconnected dimensions of wellness namely spiritual wellness, emotional wellness and intellectual wellness. Spiritual wellness means having purpose in life and to be driven by person values and beliefs. If you are spiritually well, you are able to love, forgive and having compassion at all times. You can strengthen your spiritual wellness by mean of connecting with nature or higher being by mean of meditating, listening to music, going to a particular place, exercising,  or creating something. Basically, it is finding your inner peace. emotional wellness on the other hand, is having positive perspective of oneself and life in general. It is how you are able to respond to life's challenges. this is about your self-esteem and knowing your worth thus having confidence in who you are. To strengthen emotional wellness, begin by treating yourself better and avoiding negative self-talk. lastly, intellectual wellness is stimulating the brain, memory and imagination. It determines how you interact with the world. it includes strength in creativity, curiosity and openness to new ideas and you can achieve this by means of exploring the world around you and discovering your personal passion.
