The mentality is simple "who wants to look for another job when fired when you can get enough money to take care of your daily needs even as an unemployed person with unemployment benefits".Because of this, the government of France does everything it can with regard to labor to make sure that everything is balanced.</span>

Between the period of 1800 to 1860 the citizenship rights of African Americans largely stayed the same in the United States. It was not until the passage of the Emancipation Proclamation and the 13th Amendment was the institution of slavery changed drastically and African Americans increased their rights as citizens rather than slaves.
All the mughal emperors were Muslims. But because of the reason in the mughal empire not only muslims lived but also hindus and sikhs so it lead to a few problems. even though they all were treated in the similar way but because of few people such as the sikh ruler (i dont remember his name) who was trying his best to put the mughals down.
