Answer:

Yes.

Explanation:

The most common method used in U.S. elections is the first-past-the-post system, where the highest-polling candidate wins the election. Under this system, a candidate only requires a plurality of votes to win, rather than an outright majority.

In a 125-word paragragh, explain how the advent of MTV, and the challenging of traditional values by movies and television impac
krok68 [10]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Although there are no options attached we can say the following.

The advent of MTV and the challenging of traditional values by movies and television impacted the generation of teenagers living during the 1980s in the following way.

The advent of MTV represented the first time American youngsters could see the videos of their favorite artists that they used to listen to their music only on the radio. Fans could see the videos, documentaries, news, and special reports of Pop and rock artists.

So rock and pop music became massive through television. Young people started to think, act, dress, and behave more like their favorite artists, than what mom or dad taught them in the family.

MTV content was exported to other countries such as Méexico,  Latin America, and Europe, and suddenly, it became a smash hit. More than only promoting music, MTV became a cultural reference of how American young people lived their lives.
