lina2011 [118]

Answer:

Explanation:

Writing and presenting Poster Topic: In the short story, "Village People', the villagers suffer greatly because of the ongoing drought. Recently, many parts of South Africa have received insufficient rain, bringing dam levels right down. A poster can be a valuable tool to inform the public how to conserve water. This type of poster is known as a social issue poster. You will design a social issue poster to inform people how to conserve water. Copies of the poster will be put up in public places around your town/area. (NOTE: Illustrations or drawings are not necessary as you will be assessed only on the written text of the poster. If you wish, you may indicate what illustration/images you will use by means of a block or circle; write down what it is within the block/circle, e.g. photo of leaking drums of toxic waste.) I assume this is some chapters of Oliver Twist. Anyway, the answers to this question are:

1) justifiable anger towards Noah
2) misunderstands Charlotte
3) is contemptuous of the working classes

''Charlotte and Mrs. Sowerberry are reacting to what the reader sees as Oliver's justifiable anger towards Noah. Noah most likely pours water on Mrs. Sowerberry because he misunderstands Charlotte. Charlotte's reference to creatures "born to be murderers and robbers" suggests that she is contemptuous of the working classes.

How does Ponyboy’s point of view influence how events in this chapter are described? What can you determine about Ponyboy’s char
elena55 [62]

The point of view presented by Ponyboy allows the reader to understand the events in a more personal and intimate way, as Ponyboy shows how he perceives things and how he feels about them.

Although you haven't shown it, we can see that this question is from the book "The Outsiders." Unfortunately, you didn't show the chapter to which this question refers, which makes it difficult for me to answer it specifically, but I will try to help you in the best possible way.

As we read these books, we can see that:

 • The narrator of the book is Ponyboy, who is also the protagonist of the story.
 • Ponyboy lives with his older brothers.
 • They live with little economic resources and all are involved with street gangs.
 • There is a lot of rivalry between street gangs, which creates a lot of violence and danger for the members.
 • Ponyboy witnesses these dangers many times, as he is part of the greaser gang, which is the enemy of the socs.

When we look at the narration of these conflicts between the gangs, we can see that Ponyboy does not feel represented by either side of the conflict, for this reason, he narrates the events in a more intimate way, reinforcing the sense of displacement he feels.

While Ponyboy doesn't feel like he belongs to any of these gangs, his brothers are very loyal to the greaser gang. In that case, if they narrated the conflicts, they would present a narrative with a strong bias towards how the greasers acted.
