You have been experiencing significant highs and lows. When you are manic, you overeat, sleep very little, but produce amazing a

rtistic work, which makes you feel proud. During your lows, you sleep often, are disorganized, and do not care about school. Within the past year, your manic and depressive states have become more severe. You worry that by getting help, your friends will find out and treat you differently. You also worry that you will lose your creative, artistic drive. You can get help or you can do nothing and hope that your behavior becomes less extreme.

The weight gets lifted off your shoulders from overthinking about need help but not waning it due to the fact of others might thinking your different.
You can begin to heal and get better through possible help

Cons
The stress you creat on yourself because you asked for help. Even though it would not be caused. The deep thought about having to ask for hell will hurt your pride
You may lose a few people due to what they think. But they were never really there for you in the first place if you can’t go to them

Barriers of getting help
Feeling like you have no one to go to, even when you do. You just don’t recognize them.
Your pride gets in the way and prevents you to try to getter better yourself
