To find- values a + b

⇒ 4 = -3a + b -(1)

+ (3) = 3a + b ⇒ 3a + b = 2 -(2)

Solve (1) and (2)

3a+b=2

-3a+b=4

2b = 6 ⇒ b = 3

from (2) 3a + 3 =2

⇒ 3a= -1 ⇒ a = -1/3
