Quick answer -1/3

Longer answer, so the slope intercept format is y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept. Thus we just look where m is and in this case it is -1/3

To find c substitute either of the 2 points into the partial equation

Using (- 18, - 12) , then

- 12 = - 9 + c ⇒ c = - 12 + 9 = - 3

y = \frac{1}{2} x - 3 ← equation of line
