With the passage of time, weaknesses in the Articles of Confederation became apparent; Congress commanded little respect and no support from state governments anxious to maintain their power. Congress could not raise funds, regulate trade, or conduct foreign policy without the voluntary agreement of the states.

A piece of music can be Well-Tempered Clavier by Bach. In the compositions found in the Well-Tempered Clavier collection, Bach introduced numerous new concepts that were designed to teach others new revolutionary things in music. He mostly focuses on the Piano but a harpsichord and an Organ can also be used. There's a huge variety of styles and irregular number of measures and a variety of music coda.
