Videogames are linked to violence. for starters, video gaming is highly addictive, more so for children and young teens, and in some cases, even adults. Kids become to attached to a computer screen or a tv and spend every day they aren't working or doing school gaming. They become cut off with reality, and lose focus, and attention to the main important thinhs in life.
The stop exercising and socializing, and more times than none, studies have shown that children go to gaming as a coping strategy, or to get away from situations they can't handle, even though it has been proven that video game addiction can cause anger issues and lashing out, so it is safe to say that video games make things worse.
Once children become addicted, they lash out uncontrollably when they lose to their videogame, and scream when they don't get their way with the game, and take out their anger on others, loved ones, and family. The lose sight of what is important and become uncontrollable, and suffer mentally and externally, by losing social skills and loved ones.

Answer: 1. Enslaved persons had few opportunities to travel and few experiences beyond their plantations.
Explanation:
From the Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass written by the famous anti-abolishionist himself, it is shown that people who were enslaved had very few opportunities to travel and few experiences beyond their plantations.
This was because their owners lived in constant worry that the slaves would escape from them were they given such opportunities so they limited their interactions with the outside world so they wouldn't even dream of it. Indeed there were many liberties denied the slaves so that they could be kept in bondage.
Apart from limiting their right to travel, the slave owners refused slaves the opportunity to be literate with Fredrick Douglas talking about a time when a class he had been teaching was permanently disbanded when the owners came with various weapons to stop the class.
