<span> <span>Sweating which also known as perspiration is a natural process used by the human body for the purpose of excretion and thermo-regulation. During this process essential minerals such as sodium, iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium are lost in great quantities and this may lead to a drop in blood pressure.
