The Relevance of the 1830s Education Reform. The struggles of today's public education are almost incomparable to the harder difficulties faced before the 1800s. In the 1830s public education was established and it opened more opportunities for children to learn. Before the reform, children home-studied or went to expensive schools. Girls were also not educated. Today, only few American students struggle to get to college with financial difficulty issues because of public education, scholarships, and college loans. An example of Education Reform is the K-12 program. An image could be public schools in American communities.

What was the major goal of the friars and Jesuits who went to the Spanish colonies in the Americas?
prohojiy [21]
Converting Native peoples to Catholicism. This was arguably a noble venture in the minds of the colonists - by converting the Natives, they thought, they were saving their souls. Friars and Jesuits, by the way, were both orders of Catholic priests.
