The answer is Linear Speed and centrifugal force.

Explanation:

The reason the coin in the center stays still compared to if it was on the edge is the diference in linear speed that depends on the rotational center distance.

In other words, the coin closer to the center is submitted to a low centrifugal force because it's spinning slower than the edge, and the coin closer to the edge is submitted  to a higher centrifugal force because its spinning faster than the center.

In current Global Coffee market, most companies followed this mechanism:
- Buying the coffee beans from exotic regions such as Emirates Arab, Brazil, Indonesia, etc.
- Adding them with various ingredients
- Resell it to countries all over the world at a significantly higher price.

In this mechanism, the actual producer of the coffee do not even earn 1/4 of the companies in industrialized nations earn, which contribute to the Global inequality.

The fifteenth amendment states that "The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of <em>race</em>, <em>color</em>, or <em>previous condition of servitude</em>."

There was no mention of gender, so voting for women hadn't been legalized until 1919, making B wrong.
