Answer:

so your goal here is <u>"i want to lose 20 lbs before december."</u>

drink plenty of water and check your diet.

working out is great and all, but all the fat transmitted in your body turns into muscles, and muscles weigh more than fat.

try starting off on an easy diet and over time make it more intense, but dont starve yourself. your body needs calories.

check the calories on food boxes, and dont eat as much junk food.

most fat comes from gmo foods, or factory processed foods. its okay to have junk food every once in awhile, just not all the time.

and finally,

jump roping like 10 minutes everyday will help, all you need is to distract yourself so you dont bored eat. or, place it in your head by listening to specialized music to naturally lose weight.

From what I have researched, stay consistent in your routine. I’m also trying to lose weight, so try to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. Try HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts.

Eat healthier. You don’t have to give up everything but try to balance your meals and stay consistent in what you eat. Don’t starve yourself. It will mess up your metabolism and make it a lot harder to lose weight and easier to gain it. Do a lot of reading on calories and how much you need to burn vs. eat to lose and maintain your weight.

Also, for the long term, diets don’t work. You have to make a lifestyle change.

Good luck! I hope all goes well!

Can the human body withstand a fall from 200 feet?
goldfiish [28.3K]
The human body is extremely durable. Though, the chance of surviving a fall from 200 feet is possible, and has been done before. The highest freefall a human has ever survived was from a height of 30000 feet, although they broke every single bone in their body, and took many years to make a full recovery.
