Well, depending on your area the Justice System could be great, or absolutely horrible. In America, I would say the Justice System is horrible. People who commit hate crimes against gender, race, sexuality etc., could easily get away with no punishment. It could take up to years to finally get justice, but if you don’t have enough money they take advantage of that and make the prices extremely high. White supremacy does a lot of harm in Justice System, it causes bias reactions and wont take you seriously based off your race. Because of what I’ve stated above, I think the Justice System has and will always be disgraceful and in incompetent.

What are nouns and verbs?

Nouns
A phrase would be incomplete without nouns. They are one of the fundamental linguistic building blocks of English. A noun is classified as a subject, object, place, or concept. A few examples are love, a child, a house, and a door. The list of nouns is endless, and they come in both singular and plural forms occasionally. Ask the deer if you don't trust me.
Verbs
Nouns and verbs both have equal importance. Without them, sentences would also be impossible. Verbs must by definition indicate or describe the action taking place in a sentence. They describe the functions of a noun.

The correct answer is B. Roger's quick thinking prevented a serious accident on the highway.
Explanation:
In language, the active voice occurs when the subject of the sentence directly acts. In terms of grammar, this can be identified because the sentence presents the subject, then the verb and finally any object or complement if necessary. On the opposite, in the passive voice the emphasis is the actions and the object or complement, because of this, the object is first presented, then the verb (auxiliary verb followed by past participle) a finally the subject although this can be omitted.
Considering this, from the options presented the only sentence that is written in active voice is " Roger's quick thinking prevented a serious accident on the highway", because in this the subject if firs presented (Roge'rs quick thinking), then the verb (prevented) and finally the object (a serious accident) which means the subject directly performs the action and there is an emphasis on it. Also, other options contain the verb form "was prevented" that belongs to the passive form of "prevented" and therefore the verb form also indicates active voice.
