Hmmmmm, are you sure you have no other information? does it tell you if it’s linear or quadratic or cubic or quartic? what math are you doing right now?
The slope between the two points is(-6 - -6) / (-7 - 3) = 0/-10 = 0 and the y intercept has to be -6 so according to the slope intercept form of a line the equation would be y = 0x + (-6) or just y = -6
