What is a healthy BMI and waist circumference for a female

A Healthy BMI is considered to be 24 or less, but having a BMI of less than 30 is what you need to maintain because if it goes over 30, you are considered obese.

A healthy waist circumference is 32, but as long as you are, healthy, have a healthy BMI, and don't carry too much weight in your midsection it is ok if it is higher (33-38 inches).

You can use a BMI calculator to see if your BMI is healthy.

Remember: no matter what you BMI or Waist Circumference is, if you are healthy and you exercise and  eat decently, don't worry about the numbers. You  don't need to look like a supermodel to be beautiful. :)
