I'm not sure if this is going to help, but I'll try anyway.
First, I suggest watching something that makes you happy, grabbing your favorite food and relaxing.
Second, if there's anyone you trust that you need a hug from, or to vent to, you should do that.
Third, take a moment to breathe. Inhale...1, 2,3,4...hold...exhale....1, 2,3,4...hold...then repeat. That's what my mother taught me when having an anxiety attack.
Last but not least, a nap.
A bit of extra sleep never hurt anybody, right :)
