It tricks us because the colors blend with our earth tone colored clothing (accessories also) you could do this test to show you

buy or borrow a shirt that has nothing but autumn leaves on it(I pasted a photo of what it would look like) then take a white undershirt and place autum leafs on it.
Does it not look similar? that's how the bright colors trick our eyes. because  of the bright and earth tone colors

Answer:

"Why Leaves Turn Color In The Fall" is an essay by Diane Ackerman. The essay is written in common English.

Explanation:

Ackerman's love for science and calls herself a nature writer. In her essay she had put light on the "why leaves change color," and "How is the color different in different places." She tells that the leaves change their colors when the chlorophyll breaks down.

<em>"A turning leaf stays partly green at first, then reveals splotches of yellow and </em>

<em>red as the chlorophyll gradually breaks down."</em>

When she says when in autumn the leaves change their colors, they dupe or trick us. The author's purpose when saying this is revealed in next lines of the essay.

<em>"Colored like living things, they signal death and disintegration."</em>

The leaves trick us because though they become in bright in color when they fall in autumn, showing the liveliness through the color, they signal death.

Crazy boy [7]

This question is incomplete. Here's the complete question.

Read the article 'Battle of the Bionics,' by Steve Murray (MUSE Magazine October 2016)

How does the section titled “A World of Challenges” develop the author’s claims about the Cybathlon?

The section describes the excitement and energy participants exhibit during competition at the Cybathlon.

The section provides background information about the Cybathlon and the vision of its founder.

The section expresses that the Cybathlon is more of a research platform than a true competition.

The section implies that the Cybathlon is essentially a new and improved version of the Paralympics.

Answer: The section expresses that the Cybathlon is more of a research platform than a true competition

Explanation:

The author´s description of what Robert Riener, founder of Cybathlon, envisioned with this project makes it clear that it´s not really about the competition itself, but a way to promote the development of new engineering approaches aimed to, and also creating awareness about, the needs of people with physical disabilities.
